1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ph637. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph637 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ph637 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

ph637 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until ph637 has been formally notified of a security breach and has taken appropriate action.

ph637 reserves the right to suspend or lock any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, accessed by an unauthorized party, or is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph637 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph637 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your ph637 wallet instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• ph637 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• ph637 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund your account.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. ph637 may require identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal.

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ph637 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a verified ph637 account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph637 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ph637's reasonable control.

ph637's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph637 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ph637's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
